Since the project's inception, I've spearheaded the Windows Volumetric Apps initiative, leading the vision, strategy, and design in close collaboration with peers across Engineering and Program Management. To bring this new app model to life rapidly, I assembled and led a dedicated team of UX and Technical Designers. My responsibilities included:
